Dear students and colleagues,

During the COVID-19 outbreak, all offices at NTU are required to comply with the social distancing measures (1.5m indoors) announced by Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC). Alternatively, staff must wear a medical mask in the office when social distancing is impractical. If incidences arise regarding noncompliance or if you have any suggestions on anti-COVID-19 measures, please report to the executive director of your department/institute/office or file a complaint/suggestion via the NTU Suggestion System.

In case of any indisposition or experience of COVID-19-related symptoms (e.g., fever, respiratory symptoms, body aches, diarrhea, and loss of smell and taste), whether fever is involved or not, please report your symptoms via the Reporting System for Personnel NOT under Home Isolation, Home Quarantine, or Self-Health Management (https://my.ntu.edu.tw/ntuwdc/). Upon reporting, please inform the contact person in pandemic of your department/institute/office, wear a medical mask, and seek medical attention immediately. If arranged for COVID-19 testing at medical institutions, make sure to inform your contact person in pandemic again, conduct a 14-day self-health management starting the last contact date or the date of symptom onset, and refrain from coming to the campus for work or class during this period.

We need your support and active cooperation to ensure full enforcement of anti-COVID-19 measures and to minimize the risk of virus spread.

Sincerely yours,

NTU Secretariat
