6. Registration:

(1) Please submit your registration form by 23:59, 29 December 2019 (Sunday), along with the transcripts for both semesters of the 2018 academic year and the parental consent form.

(2) Applications will be reviewed by the information and transcripts submitted. The organizer will choose 36 participants and 10 in the waitlist. Order of registration will not affect the admission results.

(3) The list of chosen participants will be announced at 10:00AM on Monday, 6 January 2020 at http://www.iam.ntu.edu.tw/en/ under “Latest News”. A notice of payment will email to participants.

(4) Participants are required to complete the payment by 17:00, Friday 10 January 2020, and will otherwise forfeit their chance. The organizer will then contact those on the waitlist by phone and/or email.

(5) Fee: 2,500NTD (includes lunch, insurance, handouts and materials)

7. Refunds: For refunds requested 3 days before the camp, 70% of the fee will be refunded. For refunds requested the day before the camp, 50% of the fee will be refunded. There will be no refunds after the camp starts. In the event of a natural disaster or other uncontrollable factors, resulting in the cancellation of part of or the entire event, the remaining fee will be refunded after deducting necessary expenses.
